It's Spring Cleaning time!

Trash Bins should be be placed on the curb no earlier than on Tuesdays and replaced back in the garage or behind the fence out of view from the street no later than Wednesday evenings.  

All the above items should be disposed of properly and stored or place in the garage or behind fences out of view from the street by the end of each day.

Fences need to be maintained. After 25 years some need replace and others panels replaced. Rule of thumb is, the finished side is your your responsibility.

Please park all vehicles off our rolled curbs and sidewalk, park car the correct direction, all disabled cars, unregistered car will be reported and towed.  Be considerate and don't park your car/s in front of other members property.

Oil spots and unsightly broken or badly cracked concrete, address these issues as they occur.  If you have a schedule to R&R parts of your driveway in a timely manner let the board know prior to May 29th 2024.  

Please take down and remove all lights and decoration a week or two after the date of the holiday, Christmas & New Years by January 15,  Halloween by November 15th etc..
