Trash Bins should be be placed on the curb no earlier than on Tuesdays and replaced back in the garage or behind the fence out of view from the street no later than Wednesday evenings.  

All the above items should be disposed of properly and stored or place in the garage or behind fences out of view from the street by the end of each day.

Fences need to be maintained. After 25 years some need replace and others panels replaced. Rule of thumb is, the finished side is your your responsibility.

Please park all vehicles off our rolled curbs and sidewalk, park car the correct direction, all disabled cars, unregistered car will be reported and towed.  Be considerate and don't park your car/s in front of other members property.

Oil spots and unsightly broken or badly cracked concrete, address these issues as they occur.  If you have a schedule to R&R parts of your driveway in a timely manner let the board know prior to May 29th 2024.  

Please take down and remove all lights and decoration a week or two after the date of the holiday, Christmas & New Years by January 15,  Halloween by November 15th etc..

While all properties need to start and complete Spring Clean-up by April 30th only 11 of our 36 properties are without violations as per our CC&R’s.

30% is a poor score for our neighborhood. Most infractions reported can be rectified in 5 to 30 minutes while others may take more time, or you may have to hire someone to fix your fence or toe off a vehicle or two.

We all have the responsibilities that come with home ownership and being a member of our association.

Your HOA, Our HOA, Yes we are as owners are all the HOA and the relationship our Board has is with our Members is not advisal. Our Board is here to serve all members to manage and protect owners’ property values the best they can with all members help. 

It's Spring and time to get our neighborhood in shape.

PLEASE find your property listed above and if you see there are violations you need to rectify and fix please do so before April 30, 2024, if you rent your property or you don't want to do the manual labor yourself you'll need to hire it out.  Additionally start your Spring Cleaning and get whatever can be seen from the street tidy, weeds in flower beds, trees and bushes trimmed, trash and debris picked up etc..
