If you rent your property or you don't want to do the manual labor yourself you'll need to hire it out. Additionally start your Spring Cleaning and get whatever can be seen from the street tidy, weeds in flower beds, trees and bushes trimmed, trash and debris picked up etc..
Last month only 11 of our 36 properties are without violations as per our CC&R’s.
30% is a poor score for our neighborhood. Most infractions reported can be rectified in 5 to 30 minutes while others may take more time, or you may have to hire someone to fix your fence or toe off a vehicle or two.
After a month 16 out of 36 are without violations is an improvement to 45% but is still a poor reflection on our subdivision.
